Getting Started

How do I create a Brelti account?

Download Brelti from the App Store or Google Play Store, open the app, and tap "Get Started." Follow the on-screen prompts to create your account using your email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

What devices does Brelti support?

Brelti is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later) and Android (devices running Android 10 or later). We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest operating system for the best experience.

Is Brelti free to use?

Brelti is free to download and use during our beta period. Core features including care team coordination, scheduling, and medication tracking are available at no cost.

Care Team Management

How do I add members to my care team?

Navigate to the Team tab, tap "Invite Member," and enter their email address or share an invite link. They'll receive an invitation to join your care team. Once they accept, they can view shared information and collaborate on care tasks.

Can I control what team members can see?

Yes. Brelti gives you full control over permissions. You can assign roles (such as Admin, Caregiver, or Viewer) and customize what each team member can access, edit, or manage within your care circle.

Privacy & Security

Is my health information secure?

Absolutely. Brelti uses bank-level encryption (AES-256) to protect your personal and health information. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request. You can also email info@brelti.com to request account deletion.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can request a copy of all your data by going to Settings > Account > Export Data, or by emailing info@brelti.com. We'll provide your data in a portable format within 7 business days.

Troubleshooting

The app is crashing or not loading properly

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of Brelti installed
  2. Restart the app by closing it completely and reopening
  3. Restart your device
  4. Check that you have a stable internet connection
  5. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is safely stored in the cloud)

I'm not receiving notifications

Ensure notifications are enabled for Brelti in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Brelti and enable "Allow Notifications." On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Brelti > Notifications. Also check that Do Not Disturb mode is turned off.

I forgot my password

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@brelti.com.
